Well said! When an elected government goes against what the vast majority of the population wants and funds and arms a genocide — that is true and proper anarchy. Those are the real terrorists. Absent a government recall mechanism or a kill switch, what tools do people have when protest after protest doesn’t work?
Thanks for this great article. Supporting these heroic people is for me a no brainer. How dare the government try to proscribed them. With this logic our Government and the Israeli government are complicit, are perpetrating and executing a genocide. We believe there could be British troops on the ground, there are British Nationals who are carrying out Genocide and are the propaganda mouthpiece for the Israeli terrorist state.
Brilliant piece of writing and I'm delighted to see I paraphrased one of your sentences when I posted about this on Facebook just now. Now I need to share this.
A group called Palestine Action has claimed responsibility for an attack overnight at the Open Championship host venue, which has seen its clubhouse smothered in red paint, greens dug up, and “GAZA IS NOT FOR SALE” daubed in three-metre high white lettering on the grass.
The property is, of course, owned by current US president Donald Trump,
In a statement, the group said the action was “a direct response to the US administration’s stated intent to ethnically cleanse Gaza.”
Kafkaesque is a great way to put it. When genocide is defacto state policy and antigenocide activists are criminals, all logic in society has broken down. At the hands of the state itself. What else can follow but anarchy.
They are unleashing chaos I agree but I was actually playing the devils advocate there😈
Hear me out -
1: The existing political system has elected warmongering leadership time after time. 2: Some sort of paradigm shift is desperately needed. 3: Anarchy isn’t necessarily bad.
I dont think its a matter of us trying. I'm saying the ruling forces in the so called west are themselves unleashing anarchy. And its not clear that they ( who are some of the least properly educated, least reflective, and most rabidly ideologicaly rigid I have ever seen in my lifetime) even understand what they have done.
It does look like we are deep in the process of destruction. You can see it in different walks of life. The public is largely passive and waiting to be f*cked. From where I sit it seems public still believe in the reasonability of the “system” - as if they think that there is someone wise up there that wouldn’t let the really bad things happen. I sure do hope I'm wrong.

Well said as always deaglan, the times are changing and they're struggling. PA are heroes among us

Labour’s glorious election is irrelevant. The regime lacks sufficient commitment to law and justice to constitute a legitimate state.
Feel free to ban the UK regime under terrorism laws.
See you at The Hague, Herr Starmer.
Palestine Action are useful idiots

To quote Yeats:
"Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned"
They are unleashing chaos I agree but I was actually playing the devils advocate there😈

4: Couldn’t be any worse than what we have now.
We could give anarchy a try.

Only 35% of UK electorate voted for starmer. He should be locked up
The public isn't stupid enough to miss it'? Are you sure?
